For this project, Emilia Buggins came up with a concept that reflects the Japanese belief that if you fold 1000 paper cranes, your wish will be granted.
Together we folded 1000 paper cranes (with help!) and distributed them across London, UK in exchange for handwritten wishes and photographs. We kept the last crane for ourselves and wished for all the wishes to come true.
We compiled the collected material into a hand-bound book, letterpressed the title, and embossed the crane folding process into the cover.
